The yoga style we’ll practice is slow flow — a mix of hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, kundalini and yin yoga. The sessions also incorporate pranayama breathing practices, meditation and the energies of the sacred Mayan calendar, along with time for writing, sharing and a guided relaxation.
