Retreat Rest. Recharge. Renew. Empowering Healers to Heal Themselves.
Healing the Healers Retreats offers a sanctuary for anyone who considers themselves a healer, including healthcare professionals, therapists, spiritual practitioners, and caregivers. This retreat is designed to provide a restorative space where those who dedicate their lives to helping others can focus on their own healing and well-being. We recognize the emotional and physical toll that constant caregiving can take and offer a place to step away from daily responsibilities and reconnect with your inner self.
The retreats are thoughtfully curated with activities that support holistic healing, such as yoga, meditation, energy work, and workshops on self-care, mindfulness, and resilience. Held in peaceful, nature-filled settings, each retreat provides an environment that encourages deep relaxation, personal reflection, and meaningful connections. With smaller group sizes, participants can share experiences and form lasting bonds with others who truly understand the challenges of being a healer.
Healing the Healers Retreats is about empowering you to rest, recharge, and renew. Whether you're a nurse, therapist, spiritual healer, or caregiver, you’ll leave with practical tools to sustain your well-being and a rejuvenated sense of purpose. This is your time to heal, so you can continue to bring healing to the world.
About the leaders
Ronnie Robinette is a multi-passionate nurse entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience as a registered nurse, including 4.5 years as a travel RN. Her career has spanned roles as a corporate RN, nurse liaison, and travel nurse career coach, where she has helped countless healthcare professionals navigate their paths. Ronnie's lifelong health journey took a pivotal turn when burnout, compassion fatigue, deep depression, and suicidal ideations led her to a profound spiritual awakening. This transformative experience sparked a realization of the true essence of human purpose and ignited her passion for guiding others.
Today, Ronnie is dedicated to leading people into alignment with their soul purpose, helping them overcome burnout and compassion fatigue. She leads healing retreats that focus on reconnecting to your passion through breathwork and guided meditation, providing a space for healing, renewal, and rediscovery. Joining her on this mission is her husband, Michael, her trusted sidekick, who brings his own unique energy and support to the retreats—you’ll likely meet him there as well. Together, they create a welcoming and transformative experience, guiding participants on their journey back to themselves.
Mikaela Ingram, BSN, RN, is an experienced nurse licensed in over 30 states, with a diverse career that has taken her across the U.S., South America, Africa, Central America, and Asia in both contract and volunteer roles. Mikaela is also the founder of Divine Drops, a nonprofit dedicated to addressing the toxicity of conventional menstrual products and lack of reproductive education. Her journey into women's health began in 2015 and deepened after she faced her own health challenges. In 2021, she transitioned to full-time leadership of Divine Drops, focusing on empowering women through education and advocacy for healthier menstrual care.
As a travel nurse, Mikaela experienced the stress of constant relocation and the toll of living in erratic and often unhealthy environments, leading to chronic health issues including mold exposure, heavy metal toxicity, and Lyme disease. These challenges not only inspired her to embark on a personal healing journey but also motivated her to write a nursing journal titled "The Five Minute Shift," aimed at helping nurses manage stress and restore balance in their lives.
Her personal battle sparked her passion to help others cleanse themselves of physical, emotional, and spiritual toxins. Mikaela is now also the owner of Pure Reset, a 10-day mind, body, and spirit reset program that offers individuals the opportunity to release past burdens and toxins on the journey to achieve holistic healing.
